Filling principle of carbonated soft drink filling machine:

First inflates the packaging container to make the pressure equal to the gas phase pressure in the liquid storage tank, and then opens the liquid inlet, and the liquid material flows into the packaging container under the action of its own weight. The process is as follows
1: Inflate to equal pressure. Connect the air inlet pipe and fill the bottle with gas in the liquid storage tank until the air pressure in the bottle is equal to the air pressure in the liquid storage tank.
2: Intake liquid and return air. Connect the liquid inlet pipe and the exhaust pipe, the liquid in the liquid storage tank flows into the bottle through the liquid inlet pipe, and the gas in the bottle is discharged into the space of the liquid storage tank through the exhaust pipe. When the liquid level in the bottle rises and submerges the orifice of the exhaust pipe, the gas on the liquid level in the bottle cannot be discharged, and the liquid level stops rising. The liquid rises along the exhaust pipe until the liquid level in the liquid storage tank is the same, and filling stops.
3: Exhaust and relieve pressure. The upper part of the bottle is connected to the air chamber of the liquid storage tank through the air inlet pipe. The liquid in the exhaust pipe flows into the bottle. When the liquid level in the bottle rises to a specified height, the corresponding gas in the bottle is discharged back to the liquid storage tank along the air pipe.
4: Remove the remaining liquid. The cock is turned to the liquid inlet pipe, air inlet pipe and exhaust pipe, which are all separated from the liquid storage tank. When the bottle descends, the liquid in the liquid inlet pipe under the cock flows into the bottle, causing the liquid level in the bottle to rise to the specified position to complete the entire process. filling process.
