At Modern Machinery, a juice filling line is a complete production system that processes beverages from raw material preparation through UHT sterilization, hot-filling, capping, labeling, and packing. We supply standalone filling machines (monobloc) and complete turnkey juice filling lines.
For juice production, the core technology is hot-filling at 85°C using gravity or micro-pressure filling methods. The 3-in-1 rinser-filler-capper monobloc integrates rinsing, filling and capping into a single automated block. Modern Machinery’s lines are engineered to handle juice, energy drinks, and coffee with stable, high-efficiency output.

All product contact parts and seals are designed for high-temperature operation at 85°C without deformation.
Faster and more stable filling compared to traditional methods, delivering higher output and efficiency for the same model configuration.
Proximity sensors detect each bottle. If a bottle is missing, the corresponding valve remains closed — preventing spillage and product waste.
Supports circular, square, and other bottle shapes. Works with both PET bottles (hot-fill grade) and glass bottles.
