What is a carbonated soft drink line?

At Modern Machinery, a carbonated soft drink line is a complete production system that prepares water and syrup, carbonates the beverage, fills pressurized containers, labels bottles, packs finished products and prepares them for shipment. We supply both standalone CSD filling machines (monobloc) and complete turnkey CSD filling lines.

For CSD production, the core technology is isobaric filling. PET bottles, glass bottles and aluminum cans each require a different filling, sealing, conveying and packing configuration. Modern Machinery’s lines are engineered to maintain CO₂ stability across all three formats.
