Questions buyers ask about turnkey lines
What is included in a complete bottling line?
A complete line can include water treatment, bottle blowing, air conveyor, rinsing, filling, capping, inspection, labelling, shrink packing, carton packing, conveying and palletizing.
Can this machine fill carbonated drinks into glass bottles?
Yes. It is designed for carbonated soft drinks such as soda, cola and sparkling beverages in glass bottles, using pressure filling technology.
What is the difference between isobaric and gravity filling?
Isobaric filling pressurizes the bottle to match the filler bowl pressure before filling, which prevents CO2 breakout and foaming. Gravity filling cannot handle carbonated products because the pressure drop causes the CO2 to escape violently.
Can this line run multiple bottle sizes?
Yes. The final configuration depends on bottle drawings, cap size, label type and required changeover speed. Change parts are available for different bottle formats.
