How we solved Terra Delyssa's square-bottle filling and handling problems
Terra Delyssa, Tunisia's largest olive oil producer, replaced an old Italian semi-automatic line with our fully automated system. The previous line operated with 10+ workers per shift and still suffered from inconsistent fill levels, frequent square-bottle jamming on the conveyor, and rising maintenance costs. We addressed each issue with custom engineering.

The Terra Delyssa line was planned as an integrated production system rather than isolated equipment. Each module connects seamlessly to the next, from empty glass bottle depalletizing to finished palletized cases. The configuration also includes custom conveyor guides to handle square bottles without jamming, a key requirement for this project.
