XGF18186 automatic 3in1 water filling machine integrates washing, filling and capping three functions. Water filling machine is widely used in the filling of various airless liquid materials, such as mineral water, purified water, drinking water, mountain spring water, etc., with an output of 2000-30000 bottles per hour. The water filling line includes bottle blowing machine, water treatment equipment, blow dryer, sleeve labeling machine, ink jet printer, carton packing machine or PE film package.
3in1 Water filling machine has advanced structure, work balance, safe operation, convenient maintenance, stepless speed regulation and high production efficiency. This automatic water filling machine is an ideal equipment for small and medium-sized water plants. The 3in1 filling machine adopts touch screen operation, which can realize man-machine dialogue and real-time display of equipment operating status. The water filling machine adopts an efficient cap sorting and automatic cap supply system, and has an excellent cap feeding and cap missing protection device.
