Beer Bottling Principle
Features:
1. Using the conveyor sent access and move wheel in the bottle directly connected technology; canceled screw and conveyor chains, this enable the change the bottle-shaped become easier.
2. Bottles transmission adopt clip bottle neck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts is enough.
3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clip is solid and durable, no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.
4. High-speed balanced pressure flow valve filling valve, filling fast, filling accurate and no liquid spit out.
5. Spiraling decline when output bottle, transform bottle shape no need to adjust the height of conveyor chains.
6. Host adopt advanced PLC automatic control technology, the key electrical components from famous company such as Japan's Mitsubishi, France Schneider, OMRON or ABB.
7. The CIP cleaning solution gets in contact with every part and interstice of the valves.
8. With Central greasing system.
9. Replacement valves are adopted. The complete filling process will be as below:
①, The replacement valve is linking with air drum, CO2 inside air drum enter bottles via replacement valve. The gas inside bottle now is mixing with CO2 and air.
②, Air exhausting valve is opened via cam to exhaust the mixed gas.
③, Refill CO2 into bottle again.
④, Operation valve open, after the pressure between cylinder and bottle is equal, the filling process starts, when the filling level reach air returning pipe, filling stops, filling valves closed.
⑤, After filling process finishing, before filling valves leaving bottles, air exhausting valve exhaust extra gas, then filling valves leave bottle neck, filling process finishes.

Bottle Rinsing Part:
The top-chain conveyor is directly connected with infeed screw
High speed line adopts bottle clamps to transfer the bottle. It makes work much easier when bottle size is changed.
The rotary wheel is a fully SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel welded structure.
The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, Made of SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.
All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.
The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.
Beer bottling part:
Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304/SUS316.
Isobaric pressure filling method.
Filling valves are made of SUS304/SUS316.
Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.
Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-bottom.
Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame.
Link-wheels in rinser, filler and capper are transported in star wheel.
Bottle Capping part:
Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping
